Effective with the June, 2011 Letting:

DAVIS BACON WAGES: There have been significant changes to the USDOL minimum wage schedules ( Davis Bacon wages ) included in federally funded projects. Please check your Bid Proposal for these wage schedules for any bid you are preparing for the June, 2011 Letting or any future ODOT Lettings.

The NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS - consists of two parts, a COVER LETTER and the NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. The COVER LETTER is included in the NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. The Projects are separated by Bid Letting Date and then by Call order.

The NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
will be available 21 days before the scheduled letting.
