     The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is proposing to improve SH-9 from 72nd Avenue SE to 108th Avenue SE in the City of Norman. The purpose of this project is to increase capacity and improve safety.

     The Department has tasked a Consultant to develope construction plans to improve SH-9 while taking into concideriation construction costs, right-of-way requirements and environmental constraints. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public and solicit comments ablout the departments proposed improvements to SH-9 in Cleveland County, OK.
