Please join us for an afternoon (12:15 pm to 5:15 pm) of shotgun sports at the high quality shooting facilities of Silverleaf near Oklahoma City. The contoured environment at Silverleaf mimics certain hunting conditions in Oklahoma. The facility is certain to challenge target enthusiasts while also providing an enjoyable experience for the occasional and first time target shooter. The cost to participate in this event is $45 per person. This cost pays for 50 targets, two boxes of shotgun shells (25 shells per box), as well as, transportation to the event, a sandwich lunch, drinks (tea, water and lemonade), and safety gear (ear plugs and eye protection). Participants are required to listen to a 10-15 minute safety presentation. The host, Shannon Sheffert will provide loaner shotguns to those who are not able to bring their own gun. For a ‘nicer class’ of shotgun, rental shotguns can be provided through Silverleaf for an additional charge. Shooters are welcome to bring their own shotguns, protective gear, and additional shells to the event. Prospective participants are welcome to contact Shannon Sheffert with any questions.
