The service area for Cherokee Strip Transit includes the towns of Cherokee, Garber, Covington, Billings, Fairmont, Breckenridge, Perry, Waukomis, Tonkawa, Ponca City, Blackwell, Kingfisher, Watonga, and Hunter. Incidental trips to other nearby communities are also provided as needed as well as trips to Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Cherokee Strip Transit’s main office is located in Garber, but satellite offices are located in Blackwell, Cherokee, Tonkawa, Perry, Kingfisher, and Watonga. These offices service those towns and surrounding areas. Scheduling and dispatching for all offices are coordinated through the Garber CST office. Hours of operation, routes and fares are subject to change. Please contact the transit provider for up-to-date information regarding services and fees OPERATING SCHEDULECST is a transportation project which provides demand respond services. Service hours are based on customer accommodations if possible. Recommendation for intercity and out of town travel if possible is to schedule up to 3 days in advance to better met the need. In locations where in-town transportation is provided, service hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Office Hours are also Monday through Friday, 8:30 am till 4:30 pm.
