ODOT is a wonderful place to work. The hospitable people make it an enjoyable place to be. There is a lot of experience here to learn from and using programs such as Microstation and Select CAD are helpful tools for use in designing some of the best highways.

I enjoy the team work involved in completing a project. I like ODOT because of the stability, security, and the people.

There are numerous reasons why I love my job so here are a few. I love the benefits that come with the job, we get 11 paid holidays a year, my work is never redundant, I work with some amazing people who are always willing to help out, and I love knowing that I have room to move up in my career. 

Working at ODOT gives me the opportunity to work with a variety of people within the Roadway squads as well as the rest of the department. It's great to work in an environment with such enthusiasm and teamwork.

Roadway is a great place to work. The technology and software are always current and an extensive training program enables employees to perform a wide range of tasks while working together to produce highway plans.

I like working with all the different kinds of people and personalities in Roadway Design. I also love designing roads that one day I can drive down and realize that I helped create this.

I like working with Inroads and solving complicated problems.

I like ODOT, Roadway Design, because I believe designing roadways are like puzzles; they take deep thought, patience, and a little imagination. But, when they're finished you have a great sense of accomplishment.
