Request Access

External users will need to work with their assigned ODOT Project Manager / Engineering Manager to obtain a ProjectWise Account.

  1. Use the following link to complete the online ODOT ProjectWise Access Request form:
  1. Fill out the form following the instructions at the top of the page.
  2. Once completed, click the submit button at the bottom of the form.
  3. Once approved, ODOT will send an assigned username and password to the email address specified on the request form.  You will use these credentials to login to ProjectWise.

 

Install ProjectWise Client

ODOT recommends using ProjectWise Connect Edition 10.x.x.x.

ODOT provides Consultants with a link to the ProjectWise Client. Please contact your IT system administrator or your Bentley Sales representative to obtain a Passport or Visa licensed to access ProjectWise.

  1. Follow your IT or Bentley install procedures to install the ProjectWise Client.  This will require Administrator privileges.

 

Get Access to a Specific Project

After you receive your ProjectWise credentials, your ODOT PM or EM will need to request permissions to the specific ProjectWise folders you will be working within ProjectWise.  This is accomplished by having your ODOT PM or EM provide the following information to the ProjectWise Administrators by submitting a Service Desk Ticket to the Help Desk.

  • Job Piece Number
  • Name of the Consultant Company working the project
  • Names of all the Consultant Staff working on the project
  • List of folder permissions that are needed for the consultant
