PLEASE BE NO EARLIER THAN 7:30. A couple of ODOT Public Affairs Representatives will be on site at 7:30 to assist you. TOMORROW: There will be a special Transportation Commission meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, June 12 in Oklahoma City to approve the construction contract for the rebuilding of the I-40 bridge struck by a barge last month and the approval of five construction contracts for parts of the I-40 Eastbound Detour Routes. ODOT Director Gary Ridley will also address US-59 in LeFlore and Sequoyah Counties. The special Commission Meeting will be held at 2 p.m. in ODOT's Commission Room, 200 N.E. 21st Street in Oklahoma City, 73105 Before the Commission Meeting, the Pre-Bid Meeting will be at 11 a.m. in ODOT's Commission Room. If media is wanting to attend, we recommend you coming at 10:30 to set up. It is at this meeting that ODOT will read the bids submitted to the Department and announce the lowest bidder.
