The Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the City of Oklahoma City, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration are proposing to improve the former I-40 corridor in downtown Oklahoma City from Pennsylvania Ave. to east of Oklahoma by constructing the Oklahoma City Boulevard. This meeting is to provide an update and solicit comments about the City’s proposal to provide connectivity at Western, Reno, and Classen.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is seeking citizen input on a revised design concept for the bicycle/pedestrian facility along the I-244 eastbound bridge over the Arkansas River in Tulsa, Oklahoma.


October 23, 2012 N/A Canadian Co. Invite for Public Comment

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is seeking citizen input on plans for a proposed new interchange at I-40 and Radio Road in Canadian County, Oklahoma.

Plans call for replacing the existing Radio Road overpass with a full diamond interchange and improving Radio Road to a 4 to 5-lane facility from State Highway 66 south to Jensen Road. The purpose of the project is to improve interstate access to accommodate planned industrial land use

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is proposing to improve US-59 through the town of Watts, and South toward Westville.

August 08, 2012 6:00 PM Lawton, OK Stakeholder Meeting

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is proposing to improve the I-44/US-62 interchange in the City of Lawton. The proposed improvements include the realignment and reconstruction of the North bound and South bound entrance and exit ramps, and will improve safety and reduce congestion throughout the interchange.


June 26, 2012 6:00 PM Wister, OK Public Involvement Meeting

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) proposes to correct the existing fracture critical truss bridge over Caston Creek on US-270, located 0.9 miles south of the US-271 junction in the Town of Wister, LeFlore County. In addition, the project will include reducing roadway flooding and improve roadway geometry associated with existing US-270 bridge over Caston Creek.
