Public Meeting

SUBJECT:

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) proposes to replace the bridge on State Highway 33 (Noble Street) over Cottonwood Creek and the BNSF Railroad. The purpose of the project is to improve the safety of the existing Cottonwood Creek bridge and reduce flooding frequency and congestion on SH-33.

As part of our efforts to keep the public informed of this project and involved in the decision process, ODOT has scheduled a public meeting. The meeting will include information on why the project is needed and what issues have been identified in the project development process to date. The purpose of the meeting is to obtain information from the public on additional issues that should be considered.
