04/13/11 Menu page Asphalt Mix Design Downloads was updated to include a new automated Form (93-E0.1) for Contractors to request that asphalt mix designs be used on ODOT Contracts. This new Form is in Excel and includes pick lists from on-line data sources. Using this new Form 93-E0.1 is preferred and encouraged by ODOT.
