Materials & Testing e-Guide is maintained by the Oklahoma DOT Materials Division. This web
information is intended to be used in conjunction with other Oklahoma DOT Standards,
Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans as a tool for the inspectors, designers, manufacturers,
suppliers, contractors, and city and county representatives to ensure that materials
used for construction and maintenance needs meet material and testing requirements.
