Project level acceptance of certain aggregate/stone materials requires sampling/testing. See: FAST (Field Acceptance Sampling / Testing)

When RCA is included in a listed Producer/Supplier Name, the material is Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) and certain use limitations apply.

Qualification Level Material: qual015 - (QM) Aggregate for Miscellaneous Uses, Specification Reference: 703.01,3,5

For other than RCA sources, Materials Qualified: Aggregates for Aggregate Bases Types A,B,C,D (703.01), Traffic Bound Surface Course(TBSC) Types A,B,C,D,E,F (703.05), Granular Backfill (703.07), Pipe Underdrain (703.06)

For RCA sources, Materials Qualified are limited to Aggregates for Aggregate Base Type A (703.01) and Traffic Bound Surface Course(TBSC) Type E (703.05)

If Status = Approved and if using prior to Exp Date, no project level qualification samples are required to be submitted to OKDOT Materials Div.
If Status = Pending, source qualification testing is in the process of being conducted by OKDOT Materials Div.
If Status = QM Sample Required or if unlisted, contact OKDOT Materials Div. for source qualification.
