The Oklahoma Department of Transportation Planning & Research Division annually requests proposals based on particular research problem statements.

Typically, requests for proposals are posted to this site in mid-February of each year.

Official submission of proposals must be made by the respective academic institution's research office, must be accompanied by a signed letter from such, and are due on or before April 30 of each year.

Posting of a research problem statement does not guarantee project award. Final approval is subject to availability of funds.
