Change Order / Supplemental Agreement
- Unilateral Change Order
( Ref: Construction Control Directive No. 981124 )
The Form for Change Orders has been udated to fit the new
specifications and provide a specific location for FHWA approval. A copy of the
new form is available below.
Please note that the new form has a provision at the
top to designate a "unilateral change order". The Unilateral Change Order is
defined in the new section 100 of the Standard Specifications as:
"A change order issued by the Resident Engineer
in accordance with his/her determination of an equitable price
and time adjustment, but to which the contractor does not agree and
does not sign."
