Any person who believes that he or she, individually, as a member of any specific class, has been subjected to discrimination prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 may file a complaint with the Title VII Coordinator with the Office of Civil Rights. Title VII Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory event or practice.
