The Oklahoma Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) worked with this year's host site Rose State University on the National Summer Transportation Institute (NSTI) program. The NSTI is a program that introduces high school students (rising 10th-12th graders) to all modes of transportation related careers and works to encourage transportation related careers at a college/university. This
year's program ran from July 15 – 26, 2013.
